Job summary

Michaels in Columbus-Hilliard, OH is hiring a store associate to help customers, locate products, and ensure a fast, friendly checkout experience. You will also unload trucks, stock shelves, and support planograms to keep the store well merchandised.

Experience in retail or customer service is preferred; you will participate in BOPIS/SFS and enroll customers in Rewards and Private Label Credit Card programs, while following SOPs and safety measures.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions
• Provide a fast, friendly checkout experience; cash handling to standards
• Engage customers on the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Card enrollments
• Assist with Omni channel processes (BOPIS & SFS)
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram processes
• Maintain in-stock store and perform merchandise recovery
• Support shrink and safety programs
• Adhere to SOPs and company policies
