Job summary

Michaels Stores CIN-EASTGATE in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a Store Associate to assist customers, stock merchandise, and deliver a fast, friendly checkout experience. You will support in-store processes, including stock replenishment, returns, and basic shelf maintenance.

Responsibilities include helping shoppers, guiding them to products, enrolling customers in rewards programs, and fulfilling omnichannel tasks like BOPIS and SFS.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Able to stand for long periods and move around the store.
• Must be at least sixteen (16) years old.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; perform cash handling to standards.
• Engage customers on rewards programs and enroll them in Private Label Credit Cards.
• Educate customers on Voice of Customer (VOC) survey.
• Assist with Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POGs) processes.
• Maintain in-stock, well-merchandised store with recovery and returns processes.
• Support shrink and safety programs and follow SOPs and company policies.
