Job summary

Michaels Stores in Columbus, OH is seeking a friendly team member to assist customers, locate products, and ensure a fast, friendly checkout experience.

You will engage customers on the Rewards program, enroll them in Private Label Credit, and support Omni channel processes like Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS) while helping keep the store well stocked and inviting.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide them with solutions
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards
• Engage customers on the rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards and enroll them
• Educate customers on the Voice of Customer survey
• Assist with Omni channel processes, including BOPIS and SFS
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram processes
• Maintain store recovery and stock levels for a well-merchandised store
• Support shrink and safety programs
• Adhere to SOPs and company policies
