Job summary

Michaels in Columbus Easton, OH is seeking team members to deliver friendly customer service, help shoppers, and ensure fast checkout. You will complete truck unloading, merchandising, and store recovery to keep products in stock and presentable.

Engage customers with Rewards and Private Label Credit Card enrollments, and assist with Buy Online Pickup in Store and Ship From Store processes. Must be 16+ with retail or customer service preferred; benefits include health coverage, 401(k), and

Qualifications

• Must be at least sixteen (16) years old.
• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and move around the store.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide a fast checkout experience and handle cash to standards.
• Engage customers in Rewards program and Private Label Credit Card enrollments.
• Educate customers on VOC survey and Omni channel processes (BOPIS, SFS).
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram processes.
• Maintain stock and recovery to ensure in-stock, well-merchandised store.
• Support shrink and safety programs and follow SOPs.
