Job summary

Michaels is seeking an enthusiastic team member for our CIN-Eastgate store in Ohio. You will help customers find products, guide shopping, and ensure a fast, friendly checkout experience. Expect duties like stocking, returns, and participating in omnichannel processes such as BOPIS and SFS.

Experience in retail or customer service is preferred; ability to stand for long periods and lift items is required. This is an in-store role with evening/weekend shifts typical for retail.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide fast, friendly checkout with cash handling to standards.
• Engage customers in Rewards and Private Label Credit Card enrollments.
• Assist with omni-channel processes (BOPIS, Ship From Store).
• Participate in truck unloading, stocking, and shelf recovery.
• Maintain in-stock store appearance and follow SOPs.
