Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Fluency in English.
• Prior customer service and supervisory experience preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale equipment and applications.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations commonly used in retail environments.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Open/close the store and supervise Associates as needed.
• Maintain a friendly, easy to shop environment and ensure proper merchandising.
• Enforce safety, loss prevention, and store policy in daily operations.
• Coach Associates on cash handling, customer service, and store procedures.
• Ensure front-end tasks run smoothly and drives efficient checkout.
• Oversee stockrooms, replenishment, and back-room organization.
