Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Fluency in English.
• Prior customer service and supervisory experience preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale equipment and applications.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations commonly used in retail environments.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safe and secure store environments and protect assets.
• Supervise Associates and support Store Manager in daily operations.
• Ensure clean, organized, and well-merchandised store presentation.
• Execute and supervise company processes and loss prevention practices.
• Train and coach Associates on front-end procedures and customer service standards.
• Assist with payroll administration and administrative duties as assigned.
