The role emphasizes collaboration with store leadership to identify and report theft, support shortage reduction programs, and maintain professional appearance and safety standards throughout shifts.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, Asset Protection, Loss Prevention, or Operations is preferred.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and maintain confidentiality.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to support productive relationships.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the store entrance and high-risk areas to deter theft and maintain safety.
• Greet every customer with a warm smile and a confident, energetic demeanor.
• Identify and report theft incidents or suspicious activity to the Manager on Duty.
• Provide training support on shortage reduction programs and uphold safety standards.
