Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, Asset Protection, Loss Prevention, or Operations preferred.
• Excellent communication with customers and co-workers.

Responsibilities

• Maintain vigilance at store entrances/exits to reduce theft opportunities.
• Greet customers with a warm, confident greeting and assist with inquiries.
• Identify theft trends and report incidents to the Manager on Duty.
