Job summary

MINISO USA in Kentucky is seeking a Shift Leader to assist the Store Manager with daily operations, training associates, and delivering exceptional customer service. You will promote the store’s membership program and help achieve KPIs while maintaining store standards and visual merchandising.

The role involves cashiering, opening/closing, cash handling, and ensuring a safe, clean, and engaging shopping environment. Previous supervisory experience in retail is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
• 1+ years of experience as a keyholder, supervisor, or shift leader in retail preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to drive sales and meet KPI goals.
• Train and develop sales associates for product knowledge and customer engagement.
• Support daily operations: replenishment, fronting, store maintenance, cash handling, merchandising.
• Maintain store appearance and stock levels; update visual merchandising as needed.
• Open and close the store; ensure recovery, cleanliness, and safety compliance.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate to Store Manager when needed.
• Support Loss Prevention and adhere to company policies.
• Maintain a professional, enthusiastic attitude aligned with MINISO USA’s customer commitment.
• Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems.
• Participate in store promotions and events to support business objectives.
