Job summary

MINISO USA is seeking a Shift Leader in Lexington, KY to assist the Store Manager with daily operations, train associates, and drive exceptional customer service. You will support cash handling, opening/closing, merchandising, and promoting the store membership program to foster loyalty.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year experience as a keyholder or shift leader in retail, with strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to travel between store locations if needed.

Qualifications

• Lead by example to drive sales and meet KPI goals.
• Train and develop sales associates for product knowledge and engagement on the sales floor and at the register.
• Help support daily operations, including replenishment, fronting, store maintenance, cash handling, and merchandising.
• Open and close the store, ensuring recovery, cleanliness, and compliance with safety procedures.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate to Store Manager when needed.
• Support Loss Prevention and ensure adherence to company policies.

Responsibilities
