Job summary

MINISO USA in Kentucky is seeking a Shift Leader to assist the Store Manager with daily store operations, training associates, and delivering exceptional customer service. The role supports KPI achievement, cash handling, merchandising, and shipment processing while promoting the store’s loyalty program.

You will help open/close, maintain store standards, and foster a positive, energetic environment that enhances customer experiences and drives store performance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
• 1+ years of experience as a keyholder, supervisor, or shift leader.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to multitask and stay composed in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to drive sales and meet KPI goals.
• Train and develop sales associates for product knowledge and customer engagement.
• Assist with replenishment, fronting, cash handling, and merchandising.
• Open and close the store; ensure cleanliness and safety compliance.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate when needed.
