Job summary

MINISO USA is seeking a Shift Leader to assist the Store Manager with daily store operations, training associates, and delivering exceptional customer service. You will help drive KPIs, manage cashiering, openings and closings, merchandising, and shipments to keep the floor inviting and organized.

You’ll actively promote the store’s membership program, resolve customer concerns professionally, and maintain a positive, energetic environment that reflects our brand.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in a keyholder/supervisor/shift leader role, retail preferred.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with conflict-resolution abilities.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Basic knowledge of retail operations and POS systems.
• Willingness to travel between store locations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to drive sales, meet KPI goals, and exceed customer expectations.
• Assist Store Manager in training and developing sales associates on product knowledge and customer engagement.
• Support daily operations: replenishment, fronting, store maintenance, cash handling, merchandising.
• Maintain store appearance, stock levels, and visual merchandising updates.
• Open/close the store, ensure clean, safe, and compliant operations.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate when needed.
• Support Loss Prevention and uphold company policies.
• Maintain a positive, energetic environment aligned with MINISO USA’s customer commitment.
• Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems.
• Participate in promotions and events to support business objectives.
