MINISO USA is hiring a Shift Leader to assist the Store Manager with daily operations, training associates, and delivering exceptional customer service. You will help drive sales, manage cash handling, merchandising, and store upkeep while promoting the store's membership program.

The role requires strong leadership, ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and a willingness to travel between store locations if needed. 1+ year of supervisory experience in retail is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
• 1+ years as keyholder, supervisor, or shift leader in retail.
• Familiar with POS systems and basic retail operations.

Responsabilités

• Lead by example to drive sales and meet KPI goals.
• Coach and develop sales associates in product knowledge and customer engagement.
• Support daily operations: replenishment, fronting, cash handling, and merchandising.
• Maintain store appearance, stock levels, and visual merchandising updates.
• Open/close procedures and ensure store compliance and safety.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate when needed.
• Support loss prevention and adhere to company policies.
