Job summary

MINISO USA in Lexington, KY seeks a Shift Leader to support daily store operations, train associates, and deliver outstanding customer service. You will help achieve KPIs, assist with cash handling, merchandising, and opening/closing duties while promoting the store’s membership program to build customer loyalty.

Lead by example, maintain a high-energy environment, and ensure safety and store standards are upheld across promotions and daily tasks.

Qualifications

Lead by example to drive sales, meet store KPI goals, and exceed customer expectations.
Train and develop sales associates to ensure strong product knowledge and customer engagement on the sales floor & at the register.
Help support daily operations, including replenishment, fronting, store maintenance, cash handling, and merchandising.
Open and close the store, ensuring the store is recovered and clean and in compliance with safety and operational procedures.

Responsibilities
