Job summary

Goodwill Northern New England is seeking a Shift Supervisor in Belfast, ME. The role supports the Store Manager with customer service, merchandising, hiring, and daily operations to keep the store running smoothly.

You will lead a team of associates, drive sales goals, and ensure tasks and opening/closing routines are performed with the customer at the center of everything we do. A positive, reliable team player is essential.

Qualifications

• Six months of Goodwill retail store experience or 1+ year of prior retail store supervisory experience.
• High school diploma, GED, HiSET, or equivalent
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Computer literacy to complete job duties
• Valid Driver’s License with a safe driving record and insurance meeting agency standards

Responsibilities
