Job summary

Goodwill Northern New England is seeking a dedicated Shift Supervisor for the Bangor store. You will work closely with the Store Manager, assist with customer service, merchandising, and day-to-day operations that drive store performance.

The role emphasizes leadership, reliability, and a customer-first mindset as you guide a team to meet sales goals while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere. Training and growth opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1+ year supervisory experience in retail.
• 1+ year of retail experience preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Criminal background check and driving record meet agency standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager with daily store operations and leadership.
• Provide outstanding customer service and support merchandising.
• Help with hiring, onboarding, and supervision of associates.
• Ensure opening/closing procedures and safety protocols are followed.
• Align team to achieve sales goals while keeping customers at the center.
