Goodwill Northern New England is seeking a Shift Supervisor in Belfast, Maine. The role supports the Store Manager in customer service, merchandising, hiring, and daily operations to keep the store running smoothly.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Six months of Goodwill retail experience or 1+ year supervisory experience.
• Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must have computer literacy to complete duties.
• Valid driver’s license with safe driving record.
• Criminal background check required.

Responsabilités

• Lead a team of associates to ensure daily store operations.
• Assist with customer service, merchandising, and hiring.
• Oversee opening and closing routines.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized store environment.
