Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with at least 1 year related experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older at hire.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and memos.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers and donors in a timely and courteous manner.
• Maximize used goods processing and meet production goals.
• Keep store neat, safe, and free of hazards; follow emergency procedures.
• Assist with unloading trucks and sorting/donating goods.
• Train new employees and maintain orderly production areas.
• Follow cash handling policies and close out daily register deposits.
