Job summary

MINISO USA is seeking a Shift Leader to assist the Store Manager with daily store operations, training associates, and delivering exceptional customer service. You will help achieve KPIs, manage cash handling, merchandising, and store upkeep while promoting the store’s membership program.

The role requires strong leadership, adaptability in a fast-paced retail setting, and willingness to travel between locations as needed.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
1+ years as keyholder, supervisor, or shift leader in retail.
Strong leadership and customer service skills.
Ability to travel between store locations as needed.
Basic knowledge of retail operations and POS systems.

Responsibilities

Lead by example to drive sales and meet KPI goals.
Train and develop sales associates for product knowledge and engagement.
Support daily operations: replenishment, fronting, maintenance, cash handling, merchandising.
Maintain store appearance and stock levels; update visual merchandising.
Open/close store; ensure clean and compliant operations.
Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate when needed.
Support Loss Prevention and comply with company policies.
Process transactions accurately with POS systems.
Participate in promotions and events to support business objectives.
