Job summary

MINISO USA is seeking a Shift Leader to assist the Store Manager with daily operations, training, and delivering exceptional service. You’ll drive KPIs, manage cash handling, merchandising, and rostered tasks while promoting the store’s membership program for customer loyalty.

The role requires leadership, strong communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment, with travel between locations as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; an Associate degree is preferred.
• 1+ years of experience as keyholder, supervisor, or shift leader in retail.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to drive sales and meet KPI goals.
• Train and develop sales associates for product knowledge and engagement on the sales floor and at the register.
• Support daily operations including replenishment, fronting, merchandising, and cash handling.
• Maintain store appearance, stock levels, and implement visual merchandising updates.
• Open and close the store, ensuring safety and operational procedures are followed.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate when needed.
• Support Loss Prevention and adherence to company policies.
• Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems.
• Participate in store promotions and sales events to support business objectives.
• Travel between store locations as needed.
