Job summary

MINISO USA is seeking a Shift Leader to assist the Store Manager with daily store operations, train associates, and ensure exceptional customer service. This role contributes to KPIs, store standards, and various operational tasks including cashiering and merchandising.

It also involves promoting MINISO USA's membership program to foster customer loyalty and creating a positive, energetic environment that drives success and memorable experiences for customers and the team.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience as a keyholder, supervisor, or shift leader in retail.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Basic knowledge of retail operations and POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to drive sales, meet store KPI goals, and exceed customer expectations.
• Assist the store manager in training and developing sales associates for product knowledge and customer engagement.
• Help support daily operations including replenishment, fronting, store maintenance, cash handling, and merchandising.
• Maintain store appearance, ensure proper stock levels, and implement visual merchandising updates.
• Open and close the store, ensuring it is clean and compliant with safety procedures.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate when necessary.
• Support Loss Prevention efforts and adhere to company policies.
• Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems.
• Participate in store promotions and sales events.
