Job summary

Walgreens is seeking an operations-focused team member to help open and close the store when management is not present, handle cash and pricing, and prepare the floor for the day. You will assist with vendor deliveries, backroom processes, and basic bookkeeping tasks as needed.

You will engage customers, model friendly service, and support inventory accuracy, displays, and pricing compliance across departments. English fluency is required, with prior retail experience preferred.

Qualifications

• At least one year of retail experience, ideally in a leadership or key carrier role.
• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store when management is absent, perform cash handling and ensure readiness for the business day.
• Process returns, refunds, and cash drops; assist with pricing and signage per policies.
• Provide an exceptional customer experience and assist with product placement and displays.
• Handle store keys, security, and assist with vendor deliveries and backroom operations.
• Support manager with order review, reverse logistics, and inventory accuracy.
• Assist with inventory counts, stock rotations, and adherence to pricing regulations.
• Assist with outdate program and basic bookkeeping tasks such as cash reports and ledgers.
• Maintain store appearance and cleanliness; assist with maintenance requests.
• Communicate tasks to team in manager's absence and report issues to management.
• Ensure compliance with state regulations for regulated products.
