Walgreens is seeking a store operations associate to open and close the store in the absence of management, handle cash and pricing, and ensure the floor and stock room are ready for business. You will also assist with vendor deliveries and maintain inventory accuracy while delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities include processing returns, refunds, and voids, handling cash drops, and supporting displays and merchandising to drive sales and customer satisfaction.

Formación

• One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder work experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.

Responsabilidades

• Open and close the store in the absence of management, including required cash handling.
• Complete product returns, order voids, customer refunds, cash drops to the safe, and provide change to cash registers.
• Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Engages customers and patients by greeting them and assisting with products and services; resolves issues to ensure a positive experience.
• Assist with vendor deliveries and backdoor access; manage order exceptions and reverse logistics as needed.
• Maintain accurate inventory counts and ensure proper pricing and signage; support store maintenance and cleanliness.
