Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team in driving store execution and customer service excellence. When there is no manager or Operations Supervisor onsite, the Shift Supervisor leads the store staff and ensures opening and closing procedures are completed.

You will supervise the store crew, handle customer questions, and uphold CVS privacy, merchandising, and shopping experiences.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff when no manager is onsite and ensure smooth operations.
• Supervise the crew by directing and following up on activities.
• Communicate effectively with store management and crews.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints.
• Maintain customer/patient confidentiality.
• Merchandise, price, stock shelves and manage displays.
