Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking a Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team in delivering store execution and superior customer service at CVS/pharmacy. When no manager is onsite, the Shift Supervisor leads the staff and ensures opening and closing procedures are completed accurately.

Key duties include supervising crew, coordinating with management, assisting customers, resolving issues per policy, maintaining confidentiality, and overseeing merchandising, stocking, and displays

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning, analytical skills and computer skills are required.
• Advanced communication and supervision skills are essential.
• Flexibility to work early morning, overnight and weekend shifts is needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff in absence of store manager or supervisor.
• Coordinate with management and crews to ensure store operations run smoothly.
• Assist customers and resolve issues while upholding policy and confidentiality.
