Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking a Part-time Shift Supervisor to support the CVS Store Management team in driving store execution and performance while delivering excellent customer service. When a manager is absent, you will lead the store staff and ensure opening/closing procedures are completed accurately.

You will supervise crews, communicate with management, and assist customers with questions and issues.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff in absence of manager, ensuring smooth operations.
• Communicate effectively with management and crew.
• Assist customers with questions and resolve complaints.
• Maintain CVS customer service culture and confidentiality.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves and manage displays.
• Reset departments following planograms and manage weekly promos.
