CVS Health is seeking a Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team in driving store execution and customer service excellence. You will lead the store staff in the absence of a manager, ensuring opening/closing procedures are completed and operations run smoothly.

Responsibilities include supervising crew, handling customer questions, merchandising, and ensuring a positive CVS customer experience while maintaining confidentiality and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning and analytical thinking required.
• Strong communication and supervisory abilities.
• Ability to work flexible hours including mornings, overnight and weekends.

Responsabilités

• Lead store staff and support store management to drive execution.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues.
• Supervise crew through directing and following up on activities.
• Communicate effectively with management and crews.
• Price merchandise and stock shelves.
• Execute displays and inventory for weekly, promotional, and seasonal items.
• Reset departments following planograms (POGs).
