CVS Health is seeking a Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team and drive store execution with a focus on delivering outstanding customer service. You will lead the store staff when no manager is onsite and ensure all opening/closing procedures are completed.

Responsibilities include supervising crew, handling customer inquiries, maintaining confidentiality, pricing merchandise, stocking shelves, and ensuring displays meet planograms.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning and analytical skills; proficient with computers.
• Advanced communication and supervision abilities.
• Flexible schedule including mornings, overnight and weekend work.
• Retail supervisor experience preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent is acceptable if not required.

Responsabilités

• Lead store staff when no manager onsite and ensure operations run smoothly.
• Assist customers, address questions and resolve complaints, promote service culture.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves, manage displays and inventory per plan.
