Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking a Shift Supervisor to support the CVS Store Management team in delivering store execution and customer service excellence. When managers are absent, you lead staff, ensure opening/closing procedures are completed and operations run smoothly.

You will work to promote CVS customer service culture, handle customer questions and complaints, and supervise the crew while maintaining accurate merchandise presentation and confidentiality.

• Flexible schedule including early mornings, overnights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff when managers are not present to ensure smooth operations.
• Supervise crew by directing and following up on activities.
• Communicate effectively with store management and crews.
• Assist customers and promote CVS customer service culture.
• Maintain confidentiality and ensure positive shopping experiences.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves and manage displays.
• Execute weekly, promotional and seasonal merchandise displays.
• Reset departments following planograms (POGs).
