Job summary

CVS Health is hiring a Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team in driving store execution and performance. You will lead staff when managers are not present, ensuring opening/closing procedures are completed and customer service remains top priority.

You will collaborate with management and crews, supervise daily tasks, and ensure displays, pricing, and stock are accurate while maintaining patient confidentiality and a positive shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning and analytical skills required.
• Strong communication and supervision abilities.
• Flexible schedule including early mornings, overnights, weekends; ability to respond to urgent issues.

Responsibilities

• Work effectively with store management and crews.
• Supervise the store's crew and direct daily activities.
• Communicate information to and from management and staff.
• Assist customers and resolve questions or complaints while upholding CVS service standards.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves, and manage displays and inventories.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer/patient information.
