CVS Health is seeking a Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team in driving store execution and performance while fostering outstanding customer service at CVS/pharmacy.

In the absence of a manager, you will lead the store staff, oversee opening and closing procedures, and ensure smooth operations. The role includes supervising the crew, managing displays, and maintaining customer privacy and care standards.

• Ability to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, overnights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Support CVS Store Management in driving store execution and performance.
• Lead store staff when managers are not onsite and ensure opening/closing procedures are completed.
• Supervise crew by assigning, directing and following up on activities.
• Communicate effectively with store management and crews.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints and promote CVS customer service culture.
• Maintain stock and ensure displays, signage and inventory are managed.
