Job summary

CVS Health Corporation seeks a Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team in driving store execution and performance, ensuring customer service excellence and smooth operations when managers are not on site.

You will supervise staff, coordinate opening/closing tasks, and maintain a positive shopping experience for CVS customers while protecting confidentiality and adhering to policy.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed and respond to urgent issues.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff when no manager is on site and ensure opening/closing procedures are completed.
• Support CVS Store Management in driving store execution and performance.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer questions or complaints within policy.
