Bath & Body Works in Humble, TX is seeking a Key Holder to support delivering sales plans through effective store and operations execution. You will lead by example, coach teammates, and ensure outstanding customer experiences.

This role focuses on opening/closing routines, guiding associates, and maintaining product knowledge and visual standards. Peak shifts, weekends and holidays required; experience with leadership in a retail environment is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or relevant work experience.
• Strong customer-focused selling skills and adaptability.
• Proven ability to coach and de-escalate in-store scenarios.
• Must be available to work peak days and times, including varied shifts of evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead delegated tasks by Store Manager, including acting as Manager on Duty.
• Provide individual and team performance feedback to managers.
• Drive in-store experiences through selling behaviors and product knowledge.
• Display knowledge of product, policies, and store strategies.
• Set daily direction and goals when associates arrive.
• Perform opening/closing routines, deposits, shipments, and disseminate directives.
• Create genuine connections with customers and offer personalized recommendations.
• Assist with floorset execution, visual presentation, and marketing placements.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness and adherence to standards.
• Lift up to 50 pounds and stand/walk for long periods.
• Follow all policies and operate with integrity.
