Qualifications

• Customer-focused selling culture and strong sales experience.
• Ability to coach associates in-the-moment.
• Flexible availability including peak days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent or relevant work experience.

Responsibilities

• Leadership tasks as delegated by Store Manager, including acting as Manager on Duty when scheduled.
• Provide individual and team performance feedback to managers.
• Lead in-store customer experiences through selling behaviors and product knowledge.
• Display knowledge of product, policies, and store strategies.
• Set daily/shift direction and goals when associates arrive.
• Open and close routines, including bank deposits and shipments processing.
• Create genuine connections with customers through uncovering needs and offering recommendations.
• Assist with floorset execution, visual presentation and marketing placement as needed.
• Perform physical duties including standing, lifting up to 50 pounds, and climbing ladders as required.
• Maintain safety, policies and procedures; ensure safe and engaging store environment.
