Job summary

Bath & Body Works is seeking a Key Holder to support executing the sales plan through store and operational tasks. You will be part of the frontline leadership, delivering outstanding customer experiences and coaching teams to meet daily goals.

The position emphasizes selling skills, product knowledge, and adherence to company policies. It requires flexibility for peak shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, in a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

• Customer-first retail environment experience.
• Strong communication skills and adaptability.
• Proven sales, customer experience and operational results.
• Ability to provide in-the-moment coaching to associates.
• Ability to de-escalate store and customer situations.
• Availabl e to work peak days, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on Duty to address customer experience, vendor relations, or maintenance issues.
• Provide feedback and recommendations to managers.
• Lead in-store customer experiences through selling behaviors and product knowledge.
• Display knowledge of product, policies, and store strategies.
• Set the direction and goals for the day/shift.
• Perform opening and closing routines including bank deposits and handling shipments.
• Create genuine connections with customers and make personalized recommendations.
• Assist with floorset execution, window changes and merchandising placement.
• Maintain safety standards and store appearance.
