Job summary

Total Wine & More seeks a Service Team Member to deliver exceptional customer service, drive sales, and engage customers about wine, spirits, and beer. You may assist with merchandising, front-end tasks, and fulfilling online orders, including curbside and delivery support when needed.

All shifts require a friendly, safety‑mocused approach; 21+ age, varied hours, and a willingness to learn product knowledge through trainings are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1–3 years of work experience, 1+ years in a retail setting preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.

Responsibilities

• Provide service and drive sales by engaging with customers and advising them on products.
• Maximize product inventory, including processing freight, stocking merchandise, and distributing inventory.
• Assist with in-store and curbside pick-up and delivery services where assigned.
