Job summary

Total Wine & More is seeking Store Team Members to deliver excellent customer service and drive sales by engaging with customers and advising on products. You will be referred to as Service Team Member and report to the store management team, handling stocking, displays, curbside pickup, and delivery as needed.

We value a team player with 1–3 years in retail, familiarity with POS systems, and the ability to work evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1–3 years of work experience, 1+ years in a retail setting preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule as business requires, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and build relationships by informing them about products and services.
• Maximize product inventory through stocking, merchandising, and end-cap displays; support digital orders.
• Assist with in-store and curbside pickup and delivery services where assigned.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness standards and comply with all alcohol-sale regulations.
• Complete cross-functional responsibilities as assigned and perform other duties as needed.
