Job summary

Total Wine & More is seeking a Store Team Member for roles across sales and store operations. You will assist customers, drive sales, maintain stock, and support curbside and delivery services where assigned. You may also participate in product training and promotions to enhance knowledge and service quality.

This role requires 21+ years of age, the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and availability for evenings and weekends. Training and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-3 years of work experience, preferably in retail.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Must be 21 years of age or older and capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Maximize product inventory: process freight, stock merchandise, build displays, and support curbside pickup/delivery if needed.
• Deliver friendly, personalized service to customers and inform them about products and services.
• Participate in wine, spirits, and beer product training to build knowledge.
• Maintain knowledge of advertisements, promotions and loyalty programs.
• Ensure store safety, cleanliness, and compliance with alcohol sale regulations.
• Load and deliver orders safely and professionally per company policies.
