Job summary

Total Wine & More in the United States is seeking Store Team Members to deliver excellent customer service, drive sales, and engage customers with product knowledge. You may handle merchandising, stock, curbside orders, and assisted deliveries, while reporting to store management as a Service Team Member.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent, 1–3 years retail experience, familiarity with POS and inventory software, and flexibility to work evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-3 years of work experience, retail preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
• Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and drive sales by engaging with customers and advising them on products.
• Handle merchandising, front-end duties, and other responsibilities as needed.
• Process freight, organize inventory, stock merchandise, and build displays.
• Fulfill orders for in-store and curbside pickup and assist with deliveries if assigned.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and compliance with alcohol sale laws.
