Job summary

Total Wine & More is seeking Store Team Members to engage customers, promote products, and deliver exceptional service. You will assist with merchandising, inventory, and curbside orders while maintaining safety and compliance in a fast-paced retail setting.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, 1–3 years retail experience, and familiarity with POS systems. The role may include evenings and weekends and requires 21+ for alcohol sales in some locations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-3 years of work experience, 1+ years in a retail setting preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and drive sales by engaging with customers.
• Assist with merchandising, stocking, and maintaining store displays and end caps.
• Fulfill orders and assist with in-store and curbside pickup and delivery services where required.
• Ensure safety and cleanliness standards and comply with alcohol sale regulations.
