Job summary

Total Wine & More is seeking Store Team Members to deliver excellent customer service and drive sales. You will greet customers, advise on products, and engage to build relationships while supporting merchandising, front-end tasks, and delivery duties as needed.

Roles include assisting with inventory and online orders, working a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends, and completing product training to enhance knowledge across wine, spirits, and beer.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-3 years of work experience.
• 1+ years of experience in a retail setting preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule as business requires, including evenings and weekends.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Walk, bend down repeatedly, and be on feet for 8-10 hours a day.
• Able to lift 50 lbs and handle cases/pallets.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and drive sales by engaging with customers.
• Advise customers on products and services and build relationships.
• Assist with merchandising, front-end tasks, and other duties as needed.
• Load and deliver orders safely, abiding by company policies.
• Support curbside pickup and delivery operations as assigned.
• Participate in wine, spirits, and beer training to grow product knowledge.
