Job summary

Total Wine & More is hiring Store Team Members to deliver exceptional customer service, drive sales, and assist with merchandising, curbside pickups, and deliveries. You will learn product knowledge through beer, wine, and spirits training and help stock shelves, build displays, and maintain a safe, compliant store environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-3 years of work experience.
• 1+ years of experience in a retail setting preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule as business requires, including evenings and weekends.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Walk, bend down repeatedly, and be on feet for 8-10 hours a day.
• Ability to safely lift, load, and handle cases and pallets.
• Climb ladders and lift 50 lbs. overhead and repeatedly.

Responsibilities

• Deliver customer service and drive sales by engaging with customers and advising on products.
• Maximize product inventory, processing freight, organizing and distributing inventory, pulling and stocking merchandise, building displays and end caps.
• Support digital business operations by fulfilling orders and assisting with in-store and curbside pick-up and delivery services.
• Maintain knowledge of advertisements, promotions, and loyalty programs.
• Ensure adherence to all applicable laws and regulations related to the sale of alcohol and maintain a safe store environment.
• Complete cross-functional responsibilities as assigned and perform other duties as assigned.
• Load and deliver orders safely and professionally as needed.
