Job summary

Total Wine & More in the United States is seeking a Service Team Member to provide excellent customer service, drive sales, and advise customers on wine, beer, and spirits. You will help with stock, merchandising, curbside pickup, and deliveries when assigned, reporting to store management.

A high school diploma is preferred; 1–3 years retail experience is helpful; familiarity with POS systems and inventory software is a plus, with flexible evenings and weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1–3 years of work experience, 1+ years in a retail setting preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Maximize product inventory including processing freight and stocking merchandise.
• Deliver exceptional service and build relationships with customers.
• Participate in wine, spirits, and beer training to build product knowledge.
• Maintain knowledge of advertisements, promotions, and loyalty programs.
• Ensure adherence to laws and safety standards related to alcohol sales.
• Load and deliver orders safely if delivery is an essential function.
