Job summary

Total Wine & More is hiring a Store Team Member to deliver outstanding customer service, drive sales, and assist with merchandising, front-end tasks, and curbside pickup as needed.

The role requires 21+ years of age, physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs, and a commitment to safety and alcohol compliance. Training on wine, beer, and promotions is provided, with a comprehensive benefits package offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-3 years of retail experience preferred.
• Familiar with POS systems and inventory software.
• Ability to work flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Maximize product inventory and manage stock, displays, signage, and curbside orders.
• Greet customers, build relationships, and inform about products and services.
• Participate in wine, spirits, and beer training to increase product knowledge.
• Maintain knowledge of promotions, ads, and loyalty programs.
• Uphold safety and cleanliness and comply with alcohol sale laws.
• Handle delivery/stock duties and perform other duties as assigned.
