Job summary

Total Wine & More is seeking Store Team Members to deliver exceptional customer service, drive sales, and assist with merchandising and inventory tasks in a busy retail environment. The role supports in-store and curbside pickup, with potential delivery duties and training on wine, spirits, and beer products.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-3 years of work experience (retail preferred).
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service and drive sales.
• Assist with merchandising, front-end tasks, and other duties as needed.
• Process orders for in-store and curbside pickup and deliveries.
• Load and deliver orders safely following policies.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness standards and comply with alcohol sale regulations.
