Job summary

Michaels in Jacksonville, NC, is seeking a team member to assist customers, process transactions, and help with stocking and merchandising. You will engage shoppers in rewards programs and enroll them in Private Label Credit Cards, while supporting omnichannel tasks like BOPIS and SFS.

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards
• Engage customers on Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards; enroll them
• Educate customers on Voice of Customer (VOC) survey
• Assist with Omni channel processes: BOPIS and Ship From Store
• Participate in truck unloading, stocking, and planogram (POGs) processes
• Complete merchandise recovery and store recovery to keep in-stock and well-merchandised
• Support Store In Stock Optimization (SISO) and AD set duties as assigned
• Support shrink and safety programs; comply with SOPs and company policies
• Interact respectfully with team members; uphold company vision and values; cross trained in Custom Framing
• Cross trained in Custom Framing selling and production
