Michaels Canton is hiring a team member to deliver friendly customer service, assist shoppers, and guide them to products. You will handle fast checkout, enroll customers in rewards programs, and support omnichannel services such as BOPIS and SFS.

The role involves stocking, truck unloads, planograms, and maintaining in-stock merchandise while upholding store recovery standards and safety policies. Previous retail experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Comfort with assisting customers and handling transactions.

Responsabilités

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards.
• Engage customers on Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards and enroll them.
• Assist with Omni channel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POGs).
• Maintain stock and store recovery through merchandise returns and go-backs.
• Support shrink and safety programs and adhere to SOPs.
