Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to engage customers and assist with product locations.
• Ability to operate cash register and handle transactions to standard.

Responsibilities

• Help customers locate products and provide solutions.
• Provide fast, friendly checkout with accurate cash handling.
• Enroll customers in Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards when appropriate.
• Educate customers about VOC survey and store programs.
• Assist with BOPIS and SFS omni-channel processes.
• Support unload, stocking, and planogram reset duties.
• Maintain in-stock conditions and participate in merchandise recovery.
• Adhere to SOPs and company policies.
