Job summary

Michaels in Jacksonville, NC is hiring a Store Associate to deliver friendly customer service, help customers find products, and ensure a fast checkout experience. You will assist with stocking, merchandising, and omnichannel processes to keep the store well-stocked and inviting.

Responsibilities include helping customers locate items, managing cash handling, and supporting store recovery, safety, and in-store promotions.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and move around the store.
• Must be at least sixteen (16) years old per U.S. requirements.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards.
• Engage customers on rewards programs and enrollments.
• Assist with Omni channel processes (Buy Online Pickup in Store and Ship From Store).
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POGs) processes.
• Store in stock optimization and store recovery to ensure a well-merchandised and in-stock store.
